How does the whole process work?
You send the form, we call you back to go over what you need and find a day that works. A few hours before the appointment you get a reminder, then we arrive fully equipped and detail the vehicle where it sits.
Do you come to my location?
Yes. Home, office, or wherever the vehicle is parked.
What happens if it rains?
We text you ahead of time. If it is light and you still want to go ahead, we will. Otherwise we reschedule to the next day that works for you, with no fee.
